    Microsoft 365 Copilot Deployment

    Copilot, minus the oversharing problem

Copilot for Microsoft 365, deployed the careful way: permissions and labelling cleaned up first, a pilot group before a full rollout, training for the staff who will use it, and reporting on whether the licences are worth keeping.

Problems we get called in to fix

Copilot can read everything the user can read

In most SME tenants that is far more than anyone intends. Ask it an innocent question and it can surface salary spreadsheets or a client contract from a folder someone shared broadly years ago.

    Licences bought, nobody using them

Copilot licences are an annual commitment per user. Without training and a reason to use it, most people try it twice and go back to what they know.

No one knows which plan is needed

Microsoft's licensing around Copilot changes regularly and the prerequisites are easy to get wrong. Buying the wrong combination is an expensive twelve months.

    Compliance questions with no answers

Where does the prompt data go, is it used for training, what does it mean for PDPA-covered records? Your auditor will ask. You need a written answer, not a vendor page.

Copilot can read anything the user can read, which is the part nobody mentions in the demo. In a typical SME tenant that means half the company can suddenly ask questions about the payroll folder somebody shared in 2019. We clean up permissions and sensitivity labelling first, then pilot with a small group, train the staff who will actually use it, and report on whether the licences are earning their keep.

    What you get

    • Licence sizing and procurement, with a pilot before a full rollout
    • SharePoint and OneDrive permission clean-up before Copilot goes live
    • Sensitivity labels and access boundaries so it cannot surface the wrong file
    • Staff training and monthly usage reporting on who is really using it

    How it works

From first call to fully managed

    1. 1

      Free assessment

A free review of your Microsoft 365 tenant: current licensing, how files are shared, and where a Copilot rollout would surface something it should not. You see the risk list before spending anything.

    2. 2

      Proposal and scope

You get a written scope with what is covered, what is not, response times and the monthly commitment. No lock-in tricks buried in clause 14.

    3. 3

      Rollout

Permission and sharing clean-up, sensitivity labels applied where needed, licences assigned to a pilot group, hands-on training sessions by role, then a staged rollout to the rest once the pilot proves out.

    4. 4

      Ongoing management

Monthly reporting, quarterly review with your management team, and one named engineer who already knows your setup when you call.
